At the beginning of the season (before the 2nd week maximum), the following forms (in PDF format) must be completed, signed and returned to the coach of the team.

Code of Conduct for Parents

 

  1. I do not force my child to participate in sports.
  2. I will remember that children participate in sports to have fun and that play is for children and not adults.
  3. I will learn the rules of the game and the politics of the league and must support and defend to the best of my ability.
  4. I would be a positive role model for my child by always displaying good sportsmanship, respect and courtesy. I will encourage good sportsmanship of my child at all times.
  5. I will respect referees and gaming officials and their authority during each game. I do not dispute, challenge, question or argue any call, nor face any coaches or official referee or league, at any time .
  6. I would not swear, use swearwords or do obscene gestures, or have inappropriate behavior or conduct.

  1. I will respect the good cheek of both teams. I will not engage in sarcasm. I will not disturb other viewers with my actions, language or behavior, but they enjoy the game together.
  2. I will never be criticizing, ridiculing or yelling at my child, or any other actor, to make a mistake or lose the competition.
  3. I will not tolerate any physical or verbal violence in youth sports 𐂃
  4. I will not fail to communicate with and fully support my child’s coach.
  5. I will address any questions, concerns or issues with the team coach or manager
  6. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the coordinator or other official league immediately if a coach says nothing or is inappropriate in the presence of my child, or any other player on the team, at any time.
  7. I understand that the soccer game is a team sport and I will encourage teamwork and be a team player.
  8. I understand that playing a sport involves a commitment to the team.
